Cancellation Policy
Client will set out the expectations for what is required for event set up. Client and Jess McLeod Precision Event Planning will go over what needs to be done and when to determine an appropriate duration and price for Set Up services required. The client acknowledges that Jess McLeod Precision Event Planning can only do so much in an hour and has the right to refuse an unreasonable workload in the time frame. Defined Deliverables- Services exclusively include the placement, assembly and styling of physical items outlined by the client design brief. Strict Exclusions- The employee will not handle heavy moving, plumbing, permanent electrical wiring, structural rigging from venue ceilings or general trash removal. Inventory readiness- All client provided decor items must be completely unboxed/ unwrapped and placed on site before the scheduled arrival time off the employee. Packaging storage- The business does not supply storage for boxes, crates or packing materials during the event unless the decor has been rented from the business. Lifting Constraints- The employee is prohibited from lifting or carrying any single object weighing over 50 Pounds (23KG).
